Rad Rounds

Targeted Release for Tight Spaces
RAD Rounds serve up two times the relief with firm density that busts up tension in sensitive spots like the neck, feet and hands. These balls are specifically designed for the body, not sports, which is lot more than a tennis ball or “whatever’s around the house” can claim. So when you want something that’s built for the job, choose from our two pressure-seeking sizes that comfortably fit where other tools can’t. And for those who crave even more control and focused release, pair these babies with the RAD Block.

“RAD Rounds are best things I’ve ever used to
pamper my body and perform to my best!”
–Ruth Nivon, Professional Triathlete

Precision Makes Perfect
The difference between RAD Rounds and other massage tools is simple. It’s all about precision. Truth is: you can oftentimes achieve far greater results by focusing on a single insertion point (that’s where your soft tissue connects to bone or joint) than you can by stretching an entire muscle. RAD Rounds are small and compact so you can hit the small, stubborn spots that other bulky tools just brush over.

What We’re Made Of
Both RAD Rounds are made of top-grade silicone to blast through the lock-ups you thought you needed a massage therapist to hit. The small round has a stiffer build while the large round is slightly softer to accommodate a range of uses. And as if dual densities weren’t enough to sell you on these bad boys, you can even heat or cool them. For a warm, relaxing experience, simply soak in hot water for five to ten minutes. Or for a cold, refreshing sensation, soak in ice water, freeze or refrigerate.

That Hits the Spot
People come in all shapes and sizes, and our two RAD Rounds help everyone find the fit they need for the trigger point issue at hand. These helpful mobility tools help you pinpoint your pressure for accurate, relieving massage where you need it most. RAD Rounds open up your bodywork arsenal to include more options than ever before, especially as a complement to other RAD tools.
Large, Green Round
Small, Blue Round
The large round offers next-level precision beyond the RAD Roller by taking things down to a single sphere. It’s smaller and a bit softer than our Original RAD Roller and works like a charm on hamstrings, hips and calves (sit on it), neck and shoulders (lay on it) and flushing the muscles in the feet (roll on it).

The small round is like a little blue bullet of concentrated release. Its tougher density takes no prisoners as it releases tight (and tiny) muscles throughout the hands, feet and face. Runners and high-heel wearers will love this little guy to point release aching feet.
